Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the college administration.
• Only students who withdraw before the commencement of classes or within a specified period are eligible.
• All refunds are subject to deductions as per UGC and college guidelines.

Refund Timeline

The refund process may take up to 15�30 working days after approval and submission of all required documents.

Non-Refundable Charges

• Registration/Application fees are non-refundable.
• Any charges paid for uniform, ID card, or hostel services are also non-refundable.

Important Notes

• Refunds are issued only via bank transfer to the registered account.
• No refund will be entertained after the prescribed deadline or in case of disciplinary withdrawal.
• This policy is subject to revision as per Government or Bar Council guidelines.
